The aim of this research is to know wether the positive behavior will influence aggresivity and well being of the adolescents offending criminal law who stay in Kutoarjo prison. This study compared young adult sexual delinquents and violent offenders via relevant psychological variables of two main areas: (I) anti-social personality factors (aggression,), and (ii) predisposing personality factors (well being). Participants are 30 violent and sexual offenders between 12 and 18 years of age. They were incarcerated in a Kutoarjo youth prison and interviewed during their prison term. The subjects were gathered in special place in prison. The positive behavior was trained orally and physically and asked them to do physically by some examples. T test was used to know the psychological factor’s different before and after positive behavior intervention. Result: There was significant different of the psychological condition before and after intervention. The youth showed significantly (p = 0,001) lowering impact behavior and improving their well being.

This study aimed at learning the effects of ear plug use on work stress and fatigue-individually or in group. The noisy coming into the ears of a worker may result in work stress and fatigue. The use of ear plug may hinder the coming of noisy into the ears, so work stress and fatigue as a result of the noisy may decrease. This study applied experimental approach called pre-test post-test control group design by early measuring and observation before the treatment and measurement after treatment. The subjects were 70 weaving workers fulfilling the inclusing criteria. The subjects were divided into 2 groups, treatment group and control group. The division into two groups was done using random sampling, and each group consisted of 35 workers. Data analysis was done using co-variance and regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was significant positive influence on the use of ear plug on work stress (F = 70,448 and p < 0,01) and this positive influence was shown by determinant coefficient (R2) = 0,5088 (50,88%,); (2) there was significant positive influence of the ear plug use on fatigue (F = 78, 142 and p < 0,01) and that positive influence was shown by determinant coefficient (R2) = 0,5347 (53,47%); (3) there was significant positive influence of ear plug use on work stress and fatigue (F = 24,315 and p < 0,01) for work stress and (F = 28,958 and p < 0,01) for fatigue.

Similarly, the index of stress (stress index reduced of 19%) with a value of p = 0.024 or p <0.005. Against the morning blood cortisol decreased by 8% with p value = 0.000 (or p <0.05).
